Today is my birthday, and I want to celebrate my progress on the steemit so far. The picture on the right was taken today, and the picture on the left was taken a year ago today. Although I don't track how much weight I've lost, I can clearly see the difference between the two. I admit, losing these extra pounds is a bonus in my book. I base my progress off of how much more energy I have, the efficient mood boost I have, and most importantly, the health problems I use to have are GONE! No more high blood pressure, no more UTI's, no more vaginal issues. This may sound cheesy, but the best gift I've given myself is making a lifestyle change with the steemit.
