HELLO STEEMIT! / ¡HOLA, STEEMIT!

Hello steemit community! My name is Aurelis, I'm 21, born and raised in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela.

I want to introduce myself into this new world, but first, I want you to know a little about me:

• I'm at the last year of my career of Social Communications. I'm in love with journalism and marketing
• I do yoga
• I love writing
• I can't live without music (Lady Gaga, Marina and the diamonds, Kendrick Lamar, Coldplay, Muse, Childish Gambino, and more)
• Watching TV shows is my passion (Game of Thrones, BoJack Horseman, Black Mirror, Mr. Robot, and more)
• I love watching movies
• My mother tongue is spanish, but I know english too
• I can have conversations only using gifs and memes

I'm really excited to be part of this platform. I want to know people from all over the world that likes to share their life and things they like.

I'm gonna write about personal experiences, about reflections of other people's lives, music, TV shows and movies, and maybe politics about my country (there's a lot of situations that happens here everyday that are worthy to write and being send to Netflix to do a show).

So, just for finish this first post, I'm gonna be clear about this:

• I'm a (nice) feminist
• I believe in equal marriage
• I think weed should be legal everywhere
• Abortion is not killing
• La La Land is better than Moonlight

That being said, I want you to know that I'm really open to discuss all these things with respect with anyone, but I wanted to say it once as an introduction to my way of seeing the world.

Mi nombre es Aurelis, tengo 21 años y soy de Puerto Ordaz, en Venezuela.

Me quiero presentar ante este nuevo mundo, pero primero, quiero que conozcan un poco sobre mí:

• Estoy en el último año de carrera de Comunicación Social. Estoy enamorada del periodismo y el marketing
• Practico yoga
• Amo escribir
• No puedo vivir sin música (Lady Gaga, Marina and the diamonds, Kendrick Lamar, Coldplay, Muse, Childish Gambino, y más)
• Ver programas de televisión es mi pasión (Game of Thrones, BoJack Horseman, Black Mirror, Mr. Robot, y más)
• Amo ver películas
• Mi lengua materna es el español, pero también sé inglés
• Puedo tener conversaciones solo usando gifs y memes

Estoy muy emocionada por ser parte de esta plataforma. Quiero conocer personas de todo el mundo que les guste compartir su vida y las cosas que les gustan.

Voy a escribir sobre experiencias personales, reflexiones sobre la vida de otras personas, música, series, películas, y quizás hasta de política sobre mi país (hay un montón de situaciones que pasan a diario que son dignas de ser escritas para un show de Netflix)

Para terminar este primer post, quiero dejar algunas cosas claras:

• Soy feminista (de las chéveres)
• Creo en el matrimonio igualitario
• La marihuana debería ser legal en todos lados
• Abortar no es asesinar
• La La Land es mejor que Moonlight

Dicho eso, quiero que sepan que estoy abierta a discutir todo de manera respetuosa con cualquier persona, pero quería decirlo de una vez como introducción a mi forma de ver el mundo.

Espero sus comentarios y estoy emocionada por estar en este nuevo mundo con ustedes.

P.D.: Usaré esta plataforma para practicar mi escritura en inglés, sin embargo, escribiré bastante en español y muy probablemente se me coleen expresiones en inglés, porque es mi manera habitual de comunicarme.
