Well I'm not that new on steemit. In fact I'm a member since September 2017 when I opened my account thanks to a Facebook friend who introduced me to this platform.

Who am I?

I'm a computer technician born and raised in the beautiful but awfully lead and highly corrupt country of Venezuela from were I emigrated in 2004 to the also beautiful island of Puerto Rico right in the middle of the Caribbean sea.

Fan of the internet since I knew of its existence in the last years of the XX century when we used to connect to it through the home's analog telephone line. Those were the times!

I'm a blogger since 2006. I began blogging in the good old Blogger.com platform. Way before the internet giant Google took over the whole thing.

As the time passed I wanted to make my blogging to be more "professional" so I registered my own internet domain (https://www.guevonadas.com) and moved it to a private hosting.

You're all invited to take a look at my blog anytime and comment, but notice that since I'm a Venezuelan the whole thing is in Spanish.

What am I doing here?

I have been thinking about opening a new blog but this time in English. First to help me practice and improve my writing and grammar and second to reach a whole new audience.

I didn't want to use the same blogger.com or wordpress.com platforms for this new project and steemit seemed to be the correct one to begin this new journey since I have the chance to make some crypto, a world I wanted to get into.
