Hello Steemit!
My name is Christine. I am from northwest Arkansas but am actually moving to Springfield, Missouri in 3 days! I will be starting the occupational therapy masters program at Missouri State University on my 27th birthday, which is also the day of the big eclipse (August 21st). If that's not a sign from the universe saying I am in for some big changes than I do not know what is!
My blog will mostly consist of my struggles and triumphs as I power through my graduate program. I will be a healthcare student so there will be so much to learn. Our first semester we are dissecting a cadaver! I will be writing about a little bit of everything like study tips, time management, budgeting, cool projects I get to do, maybe some medical posts, and just general life stuff. I am always trying to work on being more consistent with fitness and am going to start meal prepping for the first time! I will be posting recipes and pictures of food at times, if anyone has any tips or tricks please feel free to share. This will be new to me.
I love electronic music, particularly those of the darker, wubby variety. I love binging shows when I have the time. I love reading too many books at a time. I love informative podcasts like all of the NPR varieties, The Daily, Freakonomics Radio, and TED. I love all animals, but my main loves are cats. And I love learning!
I've been poking around steemit for a little while so I could become more familiar and I think this seems like an awesome place. I'm excited to be here. I will follow everyone who follows me as I am a newbie!
