Hello Steemians
I'm a 23 year old born and bred Londoner who has been fascinated by the endless possibilities of blockchain and its potential to revolutionise the world. I first got into Bitcoin and then Ethereum but Steemit is the first use case of a blockchain that has gotten me excited because of its direct social implications.
This is the beginning of truly independant journalism. We have a platform where people can earn a living that entirely depends on the quality of their work. We have no need for editors and the only form of censorship will be the consesus of the community to not reward bad ideas therefore reducing their ability to spread.
I'm ecastatic at the opportunity we have in front of this and I look forward to contributing on this platform which is the next step in the decentralisation of society
