Introducing myself

Greetings fellow steemit users!
My name is Gleb, and I would like to introduce myself to the steemit community with the help of this intro post!

I'm really excited to become a part of this unique platform
Heres a picture of me in New York's Central Park (I loved it there!!)
~I don't mind putting up a pic with me holding a "steemit" sign if anyone wants me to!

I was born in Moscow, Russia back in the 90s, shortly after which my mother and I came to live in the United States (Wisconsin). So far, in the United States, I have lived in California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and sunny Florida! However, I frequently travel to and visit Russia because most of my closest friends and family members are there. I really love both countries and consider them to be my home. By the way, I'm currently writing this post from Russia.

Lets dive into some of my hobbies and interests!
The earliest hobby that I ever developed was:

Collecting and Reading Comic Books!

Primarily Spider-Man ones. The first comic book that I ever got was when I was about 6 years old and my grandmother bought it for me from a kiosk in Moscow before going in to get a shot from the doctor. I don't have a picture of the book she bought me. But here's an Amazing Spider-Man issue that got released in Russia back in 2003!

Gaming!

When I was a teenager I really loved to play online games, such as Counter strike, Warcraft 3, and a couple mmorgps. I really enjoyed these games because they allowed me to stay connected and have fun with my friends that live abroad! I was also really into League of Legends and Dota 2. As a matter of fact, my most favourite game that I have played recently would have to be Witcher 3. However, due to life callings I had to put my love for games on hold! Though, I still like to check out a few popular streamers here and there as well as view a few pro matches (Mostly League of Legends though).

Art!

I also really like to paint, but it kind of depends on the mood that I'm in. Sometimes I can go for months or weeks without doing anything and then pop out 2-3 paintings in a week. I think it all comes down to inspiration. Heres one of my more recent works, made it as a wedding gift. Let me know what you think!

More About Me

I have a bachelors degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. I currently work in a field that is related to my major, while running a small freelance writing operation in my spare time.
I really enjoy everything related to finance, cryptocurrencies, philosophy, politics, technology, anime (Dragon Ball forever!), and games.

A Recent Achievement That I'm Proud Of.

From July to August I managed to lose about 20 pounds! All I had to do in order to accomplish that was say no to alcohol, fast food, and maintained a clean diet while exercising on a daily basis.

And thats that folks! Feel free to ask me any questions! Perhaps you may be wondering about my experiences in living most of my life between two huge nations like the United States and Russia? Hm.. Not a bad idea for a new post actually!
