First of all, I would like to thank you for visiting my site.
My name is Lorraine and I come from Karlsruhe, Germany. Tiziano (@tizswa) told me about Steemit and totally awakened my interest and would like to share my adventures with you all. Thanks!
To inspire and motivate people is my passion and I love the outdoors and adventures.
One of my free time hobby- Adventure Schwarzwald, Germany
Since my childhood sports has always been my inspiration. Therefore I decided to involve myself in the fitness industry and indeed it has succeeded.
About myself...
I’m a Fitness Trainer in the sector Aqua Fitness, Zumba Fitness and the new fitness trend Aqua Zumba.
By the way on my free time I also work as a lifeguard. And soon I’m about to begin with my further Education.
Aqua Zumba- make a splash join the pool party
To my many hobbies dancing has always been my favorite hobby. Therefore I try new stuff out and make my own choreographies. After successfully succeeding in the Zumba course, I decided furthermore to go for the Trainer license. As a Fitness Trainer it’s always important to keep up to date. My motto is, ”Anyone who gives up stops getting better has ceased to be good” („Wer aufhört besser zu werden, hat aufgehört gut zu sein“ German saying).

I decided to do future training as a Aqua Fitness Trainer, in the following fields
Aqua Power,
Aqua back (Aqua Rücken)
Aqua bums-tums-and legs (Aqua BBP)
Aqua Jogging
Aqua fight
Aqua 60 Plus.
The course was difficult but I made it.
This is one of my many aqua fitness locations
What I love as a Fitness Trainer is that I can accompany the participants to achieve their goal which always pleases me and my participants too.
At the same time I always get to know other Fitness Trainers and we all get along. It’s like a fitness family.

My purpose is to awaken your interest in Aqua Fitness and Zumba Fitness on my site. With the perfect rhythm, a fun atmosphere, Aqua Fitness is so much fun and effective. I personally have obtained my figure from these three modules. Hope I have awakened your curiosity.

But dear Steemers, not only is sport my passion; I love baking and cooking and trying out new recipes.
I give free rein to my creativity.
