Who the F*CK Cares About STEEMIT?

Modern social media is a racket!

Think about it; people all around the world sign up to give all of their personal information to a gigantic corporate entity that then sells that information to advertisers. 

The social media companies make oodles of dough off the end user, and ther user --- whose information provides the entire value of the social network,--- isn't compensated at all!

That's why I'm on Steemit. 

Steemit is putting Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc to shame by showing its users that the content they provide, and even the attention they give to content, is of value.

This is why I'm on Steemit. Steemit allows us content creators to be directly compensated by those consuming the content and cut out middlemen that provide no value to the interaction.

This means advertisers no longer subtly control narratives and editors aren't deciding what is a good or bad thing to talk about.

I'm looking forward to participating more in the Steemit world and am honored to be a part of it!
