Hello @sarahnicold and welcome to the Steemit community. Like you one of the reasons I came onto this platform was to help raise awareness of mental health issues. The more we can encourage people to talk about it, the more mental health will lose the stigma that is currently attached to it. I've upvoted and followed you.
