Yamileth es un nombre de origen árabe significa "hermosa". Como nota curiosa solo en idioma corso tiene otra acepción y significa algo así como arte oculto o transmitiendo el arte.
En cuanto a Ríos es un apellido toponímico, español, cuyo origen se remonta a las zonas de Burgos y Navarra, donde existió un señor de aquellas tierras a quien llamaban "el señor de los Ríos". Sin embargo, es importante destacar que simbólicamente el Río representa la existencia humana, con sus cambios con las estaciones y con su capacidad para fertilizar sus orillas.
Hace un tiempo hice una referencia de que tu nombre y apellido me recuerda en su conjunto a las ninfas del ríos, ondinas o nereidas las cuales eras famosas en la mitología griega por si belleza.
Solo puedo agregar que si eres poseedora de este nombre, procures llenar de vida todo lo que toques ya que te fue encomendados que los hicieras desde tu nacimiento y no de cualquier manera, si no de la mas hermosa.
