I'm not saying scam... but you have to understand the guy makes money selling ideas.
My guess on what the guy is going to do:

  1. Start an ICO where people will invest in.
  2. Maybe really build something... probably not. I think his game will be something sketchy where you all have to buy is token and wait for a centrain date for something that's not going to happen.
  3. Cash out when the token is worth a lot

You can't find anything about the guy... only marketing. 10 Million prize pool? That money has to come from YOU first!

                So why don't you just stick to telling us about the game? Why all this icky boiler plate marketing with get rich quick language? Who cares about how much money you made someone else? Or better yet how many lawsuits you've lost.
