    Eating a healthful diet is a large part of what I hope to contribute. Changing my diet gave me my life back. I used to be one of those people that dreaded every step taken because of plantar fasciitis. Doctors couldn't help. Guess what! Eating the right foods to manage inflammation did the trick. I'm a believer.
