I had the same problem as you but I just bought more steem and it was fixed. I am not sure why but I couldn't even redeem my rewards with low bandwidth. I am curious to find out more about this.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    I think it may be an average of the last 7 days but I am not 100% sure.
