It was 9 Janaury 2019 when I begin my steemit journey. That day I had decided to write my first post introducing myself. And after 3 months and 17 days I am writing my another post in 'introduceyourself' tag. In this 3 months, what did I learnt from steemit and what experience i had gained. I am going to share all these things in this article so please read till end...
I thought steemit is a platform to show own's creativity. I thought steemit is a big opportunity for me and will change my life completely. But I was in big illusion. Steemit was not what I thought. From 9 Janaury 2019, I started working on steemit. I started to give much more time for steemit than my other necessary activity. I started writing articles and blogs by giving my most valueable time. But in return, what did I get?? :Just 2-3 upvotes, nothing more than that. But I keep writing the articles for many days, writing continously... for many days but in return, what did I get, same 2-3 upvotes of $0. I was giving a lot of time and trying to write my best, but nothing was changed, my number of posts was increasing but number of upvotes always remains the same. And after some days, I started to know all about @steemit. I knew everything. I knew, I can't do anything without investing some money in steemit. I knew, to earn money, i have to invest money. I knew steemit is a investment platform more than social media platform. The people who writes beautiful articles are being neglected here in steemit, why because they didn't realized that they can't do anything without money. I also realized about it. I am just an example, there were many steemians who realized about it and they already left the steemit platform. They left their steemit journey. They left steemit being broken down. And steemians who want to earn from steemit without without investment would be broken down. It's a big reality.Those articles which should be rewarded, are not getting anything in return although they try to write their best giving their valuable time. I realized,'Money is Everything'. No matter how much creative you are and how much creativity you have, if you have not money, you will not get anything, no matter how much hard work you did. Now i had realized. Many steemians who have creativity in writing and thinking they could earn without investment, are in big illusion, will definitely realize it soon...
I didn't get anything from steemit instead of sadness and dissatisfaction and I had decided to leave the steemit platform. Isn't there any place in steemit for the steemians like me? Isn't there any value for creativeness? People who are reading this post, tell me,should I leave steemit...?

Thank you for your blog and critism. I first want to say your did not learn All, because than you wouldnt have used introduce yourself because Thats not allowed Thats only for When you enter the platform!!!!
Did you learn to walk 3 months after you were Born???

It took about a year, than i started to walk and now i can run!
So I hope you get My message I didnt visit your account cause you left steemit but I hope others Will try longer and stay for the long run.

Hi @moneybijay, I really liked your honesty and taking the time to gather all that experience and feelings in one compelling post.
I would really advise you to never give up on anything especially if this is your dream, just keep your head up and pursue it until the end. It will pay out eventually when you are less expecting. Also always do things for the passion and to learn first and never for the rewards. The rewards are just a bonus but the most important is having a true passion for what you do and have fun with it too.
You are right to be a bit sad and even frustrated with the platform payment returns on the short time but there was only 3 month and you know great things take some time and hard work to come, steemit is no difference.
Look at the great things you learn and already accomplish on only 3 month on the platform and you should be proud. Another suggestion I would give you is to really work on the layout and composition of you text. Make the style BOLD when there is some important idea, quote and add images on some other interesting thoughts. Curate the best you can each piece like if it was a newspaper or even a magazine article you will see much more people interested on it.
The true potential of the steemit platform is not the quantity you can share or publish, but the quality and care you put in each piece you do. Have that in mind and even if you produce fewer posts, always share the best ones.

Also, If I were you I would try to put your post in many resteem blogs as possible, I would recommend for example when you have a new post you also follow and share with @whatsontrend she is a great person here on the steemit community and every day she do a post to help spread the work and content of new people. Hi Moneybijay,
You are right on some of your criticisms, it is difficult to get visibility without investing first.
However, I think that there is a play to be made in the long run.
Maybe it is best to just keep posting but not investing more time than you can afford to, prioritizing things in your life that can bring you money right now.
The way that I see us smaller accounts getting value back from Steemit is if in 2 to 3 years, Steemit does blow up huge.
By then, we could have built up our accounts alot even without investing in them, and without spending much more time than 1-2 hours per week on it. That will be my strategy.
Whatever you do in the future this time will have served in that you now have ready articles if you ever want to post on other platforms.
You've also improved your writing skills and communication skills for your future tasks so the time is not lost.
