4 large eggs at room temperature.
120 gr.AzΓΊcar (12 tablespoons)
120 gr. Flour (12 tablespoons)
1 spoon of Vanilla Essence.
1 teaspoon salt.
Butter and flour for the mold.
STEP 1:
Beat the eggs with the sugar / salt energy until they double their volume.
STEP 2:
We incorporate the flour, the baking powder and the vanilla essence in a soft and enveloping way, stirring always with spatula or whisk. We stir well trying not to get lumps.
STEP 3: We pass the mixture to a mold greased and floured and we take to oven moderate 180 Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Tip: To check if you are ready, the most practical thing is to use a very dry knife, stick it in the highest part of the cake, and if it comes out dry without moist remains of sponge cake it is ready.
