Hello Steemians!
This is gonna be my first Post on Steemit and almost the first social media platform I'm joining. I was thinking about how to get started here but I decided to skip the 'how to make great posts'-instructions and just give it a try!
So.. let me start with introducing myself.
I'm Lea and I was born 21 years ago in a lovely small village in Germany. Right now I'm traveling as much as possible before I start studying sportsscience.

Why Steemit?
I'm on Steemit because I've never seen a social media platform which connects so many different countrys and has so much useful content from other users. It seems like everyone here is their own specialist in something, if it's cryptocurrency, programming , politics, music etc.

Steemit can be a great companion both for travelling and studying - there are way to little posts about sportsciene in #science for example! If your write good scientific articles like @sco, your might as well earn a little extra money for your tra...erm...studying ;)

Especially the last one, I think I it’s the first explanation in English that i actually understood.. most people talking about block chain do only use technical terms. Noch was: Vielleicht hast Du ja Lust, unter dem #dailypic -Tag zu posten? Die Idee ist, dass jeder Bilder und kleine Geschichten einstellt und so einen Grund hat, jeden Tag wenigstens einen Post auf die Kette zu kriegen. Im Gegensatz zu Steepshot kostet es keine Provision. Ein Profi könnte echt zur Popularität des Tags beitragen und die kleinen Fischis mitziehen :-)

Ja, mir fällt das layout noch sehr schwer, wie ich die richtige bildgröße hinkriege etc.

Das mit dem Layout und dem schreiben in "Markdown" ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber es gibt wirklich viele gute Tutorials unteranderem von @theaustrianguy . Da Findest du Steem & auch zur Textgestaltung. Außerdem einen Link zu einem Deutschsprachigem discord(chat)server in dem du relativ schnell Antworten auf sämtliche Fragen zu und um Steem(it) bekommst.
