My early days as a Pro MMA Fighter...lessons learned!

in introduceyourself •  7 years ago  (edited)

My name is Nicholas Black...

I thought I would show the community a little bit about what I used to do before I started writing and focusing on interesting things like cryptocurrencies.

I learned a lot about myself, about what it takes to succeed in anything, sports, business, whatever… But the biggest lesson I learned was patients. Mixed martial arts fighting is more about game theory with a little fitness mixed in, and less about just trying to punch people.

I always look at fighting as if it was a chess match… Making the most logical decisions given the situation, and I use a lot of that in my trading strategies.

I would love to answer any questions anyone might have as to how I have drawn these parallels.

I look forward to being a contributing member to this society (Steemit).

Hey Nicholas, welcome!
I'm surprised to see the fight in your movie is barehanded instead of the mma-gloves. Doesn't it hurt your knuckles a whole lot more this way?

Have fun steeming. I'm a new follower now :)

Kind of the key to bare knuckle is using elbows and open hands only to the face. That way you won't break your hands.

I upvoted you! :]

Thank you! As did I, I also followed you
