@freetissues, have you looked to see how large a presence in your area 'LocalBitcoins' has? I just did a quick look and it appears on the sell side Bitcoin is selling at 36660.6 ZAR I checked 'Paxful' and did not see anything in your area which means you could become that presence. There is also 'Wirex' and 'CoinsBank' which have debit cards. I am starting a project on you continent in Kenya with M-Pesa which will extend to you but we are talking 6 months before a product to convert their Air Time to Fiat/Bitcoin or its own Tokenized Currency would be ready to Market. As far as wallets I would not mess around. Get yourself a Safe/Secure Hardware wallet like 'Trezor' 'Keepkey' or the new 'Ledger' Wallets. Best safe than sorry.
