Welcome to the Steemit community. I wish you the best of luck as you learn more about this platform and use it to teach the world more about Trinidad's food. My first boss was a Trinidadian. He was a great man who shared with me about great food culture, beaches and people of Trinidad.

      Yes, he was. He was an Indian who came from Trinidad to live in the US, which was really surprising to me at the time.
