Hey! My name is Olaf, I am a 20 year old male- originally from Poland living in Scotland.
My journey has been an interesting one and I want to share it with you. I am currently finishing my third year in university studying life sciences; specialising in Drug Discovery (First stage in pharmaceutical development). To avoid science jargon, this field requires a wide range of knowledge on how our bodies work- how our cells work and how our genes work. I have been using this knowledge to structure my lifestyle accordingly and improve my athletic goals.
I am about: nutrition, taekwondo, fitness, science, music, entrepreneurship and personal development. I would like to share with you, what has helped me along my journey.
