Announcing my arrival on steemit,i am new to steemit!

Hi steemian...
Just a little about me.
My name is olamilekan, I am a farmer, a writer and a care giver. I make friends and keep them easily, I am an easy going person. You can't know the real me until you are a bit closer to me.

Well,i don't love talking about myself in this way, I want everybody to take a look and find out my many qualities. I love a peaceful life.

     Before I find steemit.

I have been a writer since my early life, I write quotes,scripts and love text messages for my school mates when I was in secondary school. But I normally do all these without expecting any reward. Doing them on daily bases always make my day. I have so much passion for it.

   How do I get to know about steemit.

Well, on this part, let me appreciate a great personality here on steemit @emmakwisequote ,he is just too wonderful, he has been disturbing me for long to join this great platform. He personaly invited me to his place and talked to me about steemit when he saw one of my posts on facebook. I don't want to believe him, because the way he presented steemit look too good to be real. But he keep asking me to come on board. Here I want to say thank you @emmakwisequote for trying all you could to bring me here.

    What I learnt from personal study about steemit

Based on @emmakwisequote word, he said I should come and be doing what I was doing on facebook, twitter and instagramm,and I would be paid for doing so. If that's all what steemit is all about, it would have been better, but steemit is far better than just to earn. I've learnt that socialising is the first key to success on steemit.

Also, I have learnt so far that to be a leader like @emmakwisequote and other great leaders on this platform, one need to be a reader, I'm happy because steemit would still give me the opportunity to keep reading everyday.

The value I'm bringing to the platform

Based on what @emmakwisequote told me and as a result of my personal studies, the value I am bringing to this community includes but not limited to the following

Socialising would be my first objective. @emmakwisequote has already told me to make friends and feel at home. I'm starting that with you all. I want to have you all as my friends. I want us to keep depending on one another.
I want to enjoy my time here. My number one priority in life is to be happy, I will ensure I do all I could to keep myself happy. And as a good friend, I would ensure I encourage you to keep going even when the time is odd. Also, as a great friend you are to me, I want the same from you
Giving back to the people, I am a supporter and a benefactor of #theactsofkindness initiated by @emmakwisequote. I could remember one of my excuses for not yielding to him while he was telling me to come to steemit. I told him I don't have good phone even if I want to start smeeit for a living as he always say is, smile. I was shocked to get a brand new phone from him. So, on this note, I would be contributing to his project, I would ensure I support him to meet the needs of the needy. Please support him too if you can, he's doing a great work with the little he's earning here to meet people's need. I want to be writing quality, inspiring, helpful and motivating posts. I want to be writing things that would make you keep visiting my blog. Trust me,i won't let you down. So, I would be writing on all areas of life as need be.
I want to become a better reader too, I want to be reading from you so as to keep learning new things from you.
After all, their is no a better writer without a good reader. To be a better writer, I need to keep learning from your pool of wisdom to help me grow mine. I will enjoy this opportunity to the fullness
