Medium fur (sheds a lot) Honey colour, black tipped ears, black muzzle, white tipped front paws, white chest. I think he's mixed with another breed, so I really hope this doesn't turn out to be one giant disappointment for you!

Nooo, no disappointment. Disappointment would be if you didn't show me a photo. ;-) White tipped paws are not according to breed standard but they do occur even in purebred pedigree dogs.
Here is a photo of our Tervuren shepherd, which is sort of what yours sounds like.
Do ignore the ribbon, this is the only photo I have where she stands still. :-D
