Loved how you mentioned Prato's Princple or the 80/20 Rule as it is commonly known. Important things should take more time and efforts.

You don't need for your degree to end to become a web developer. Hop on to YouTube, Google, Udemy, Udacity, EdX, Coursera etc. to get your favorite web education, mostly for free.
