Pentatonix (abbr. PTX) is an American  Singer group from Arlington, Texas.

 This group consisting of:

  1. Vocalists Scott Hoying
  2. Mitch Grassi
  3. Kirstin Maldonado
  4. Kevin Olusola 
  5. Matt Sallee

Note:

Avi Kaplan was formerly a member of the group; he was replaced by Sallee in 2017. 

Their pop-style arrangements with vocal harmonies,riffing,  baselines, percussion and beat boxing.

This group is  widely known for their covers.

Achievements:

Three-time Grammy® Award-winning and multi-Platinum-selling Pentatonix has sold nearly 10 million albums worldwide and performed for hundreds of thousands of fans at their sold out shows across the globe. Their YouTube channel boasts more than 14.5 million subscribers, yielding over 3 billion video views. Their 2015 self-titled album is certified gold after debuting #1 on Billboard’s 200.
