    Hello @perduta :) Cold wallets means all cryptocurrencies are kept away from the website's infrastructure. That means they are not constantly online - we only plug them in when our clients need to withdraw their funds. That's why if there's any problem with the website or an attack, the wallets are not online so no one can steal the funds :)
