A few of my community's members have been telling me about Steemit so I thought I would try it out! I mean, why not right? I did break the norm by selling all my belongings and moved away from the comforts of Canada with my wife and then 6 month old newborn daughter to chase my dream of working for myself and spending more time with my family. Why not try this new and unknown platform?
I'm a cinematographer and video producer, or I should say I was in Canada. I am now working on building my brand as a daily vlogger on YouTube. My channel is about being an expat family, living overseas, with a baby, while doing food reviews and travel tips. In 6 months we have gone from 0 to over 12000 subscribers with an amazing dedicated community.
I have no idea what to expect from Steemit but I would like to share my story with you all as well. Let's start right in the middle!
