Hi there!

Maureen here, a Virtual Assistant by profession, a full-pledged food and wanderlust by passion.

From islands to highlands, my personal mission is to explore and showcase the beauty of my country.

The reason why I choose the pinas for a name is because I am deeply in love with my Motherland, the Philippines.

What motivates me to travel?

The Philippines has a lot to offer and on this blog, I will share to you my adventures and misadventures as I marvel and bask into the beauty and wonders of my hometown Philippines.

I always believe in the saying, To Travel is to Live.

Until then,

Maureen

Oh wait.

If you’re a Steemit blogger who want to step up and stand up in the game, here are tools aside from my camera that I recommend that will help your blogging life become as stress-free as possible as it did mine.

  • Adobe Photoshop

If you want to brand yourself with awesome logo, banners and other graphics, this tool is a good addition. Definitely a must-have for bloggers who also care about how their blog looks like.

  • Canva

Aside from Photoshop, I also use Canva to create basic, instant graphics.

  • Snapseed

For quick and rushed edits, I use this nifty smartphone app

  • Quik

For quick yet awesome videos, this is also a good addition, whether mobile or a web tool.

  • Dropbox (Backup Tool)

With this, you can access your important files from anywhere. And believe me, that’s a lifesaver.

These are good addition but not really necessary

  • Evernote (Content Curation Tool)

If I were to recommend the best tool for note-taking, it would have to be Evernote! I save countless of web pages, documents, and drafts to keep myself organized to this neat little tool. Everything I need with regards to notes in one place.

  • Asana (Task Management Tool) -

While Evernote keeps all my notes, Asana organizes my day-to-day tasks. They just rebranded — and I couldn’t be any happier. Their UI has vastly improved in aesthetics as well as in ease of use.

  • Google Sheets

I document all my expenses and other financial matters here. Creating a pivot table can be a savior in getting the needed information from a large amount of data.
