This is awesome—just gave a follow! I just started brewing at home myself this past fall! Done four brews and waiting for a Bourbon Barrel Scot Wee Heavy (threw it in a Balcones Baby Blue Whiskey barrel) to bottle condition! Definitely looking forward to what y'all post and to learn a thing or two!
