I am Myrene Torres - Lomboy, born in the beautiful archipelago of the Philippines and currently working in the UAE.
I am blessed with a husband who might occassionally write or be featured in this account. Plum and Rain is US --- he, being the Plum (from his last name Lomboy, "Duhat" in Tagalog and "Java Plum" in English) while I am the Rain (I always wanted being nicknamed one when I was younger --- oh yes, but never worked out, LOL!).
We were both born in January of 1981 ,in the same town in Metro Manila, seven days apart... that being said, we met not until we were 25 years old. We both love music, he sings and I listen! We are almost the same person that occassionally utter same expressions and thoughts --- of course, to our surprise as well.
My interests include stationery and planners. I love numbers and excel sheets. I was recently diagnosed as Pre-diabetic while my husband, Dan, as diabetic. Afterwhich, we adapted a ketogenic way of eating, after three months, my fasting blood sugar went normal while Dan's is only 3 points higher to be out of the danger zone. Thank God!
I can't wait to start my blogs in Steemit.

I'm @andyluy and I've been here for almost 2 months, and I can tell you that steemit is the most amazing thing I've ever seen at the internet so far. I'm happy seeing it grows every day!
