I struggled in elementary school with what they were calling dyslexia. Learning to read necessitated special classes. Spelling was difficult but I possessed good vocabulary. Your intelligence is in question but your English language is replete with arbitrary rules, capital/lower case letters for example. I questioned the legitimacy of English, and considered an approach towards language optimization. By the time I reached high school there were spell checker devices available. By 1993 my language Nosov and its heuristics were sketched out. Today spell checkers are installed on every cell phone and one grows out of dyslexia, though the status quo, academic trolls will always criticize.

English is the De facto universal language, English has adopted other words from other languages it had contact with. Roman numerals, Japanese and Russian have influenced Nosov (The Nosov/HOCOB number 1 coincides with the cyrillic G letter). Nosov most closely resembles the I-ching both in thematic context and that of the construction of the hexagrams. I-ching characters are made by Yin& yang segments that form hexagrams, e.g. "Revolution"
( :|||:| ). Typing Nosov would likewise be accomplished by adding segments to form characters.

Nosov Hexadecimal Pasigraphy
Nosov characters are created when key-combinations are not spaced, by entering a space you are moving on to the next character. Thousands of words are available via six main keys and the base eight numbers (punctuation marks would have established keys). Perhaps someone would like to weigh-in on how to program a keyboard to do this. I am proposing Nosov be adopted as a programming language platform on the pasigraphy level. Relearning Python 3 would be necessary but is simplified if keywords reference-numerals were used, analogous to, KEYWORDXXXV = yield. Please review the images provided of the Nosov characters, how to type them in should become self explanatory.

The Nosov transition into a Natural Language
Nosov was worked out as a written language before phonology was deliberately applied to it. The results were fractal and philosophically advantageous. Nosov phonology constitutes of what I consider distinctive, universal and ethnically-neutral phonetics, no rolling Rs please. The vowels are A=Ape, O=Open, E=East, I=In, O=Offer, A=Apple, U=Us and R=Ripe semivowel? The consonants are G=Got, K=Kite, N=Nice, D=Day, S=Sane, V=Vine, L=Lamp. Z=Zigzag is used when a variable is expressed. Vowels are quantifiers and consonants are qualifiers. Your computer will be teaching Nosov to you via ASR? Automatic speech recognition technology may provide insights into the fluent use of Nosov, or variations of it for your consideration.

Numbers & Numerals
Vowels are quantifiers, vowels express the place value of the consonant. If only one consonant is used, the syllable is a number. Vowel+consonant are positive numbers. Consonant+Vowel are negative numbers. Zeros are silent if there are no consonants to qualify them, so to express a zero, we must also express the place value of that zero. So we use the Z variable (0=AZ, 00=OZ, 000=EZ). A number with out a zero, constitutes a numerals context. If two consonants are used, words are being expressed. If a numeral follows a word, a suffix is implied.

Nosov has Antecedents, not an alphabet
Nosov has intuitive abecedarian Antecedents in lieu of an alphabet. Pronouns make up most of this category, along with a few other words I wanted to express in a concise, one syllable form. Antecedents will also have a role as suffixes.

The Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis
The Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis is mentioned in the 2016 movie 'Arrival' so go see it. The Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis states that the language(s) you use determines thought patterns of the user. My effort is to package a thesaurus into the Nosov language by the use of phonology cues. The Nosov template tables address words like the Periodic table addresses elements. I want the network-effect to evolve this little hobby of mine in to the most mnemonic and ergonomic use case.
