Bodypainting, world travel, and motorcycles, an upcoming how-to guide

in introduceyourself •  8 years ago  (edited)

Hi Steemit! I'm Rampant, aka Brenn, digital nomad, photographer, musician, software engineer, and whatever other labels I feel like any given day. The lovely lady is my GF, Lien.

I've been living the last year in Vietnam, with a few trips to China, Thailand (I'm in Bangkok while writing this!) and the Philippines. In the last few years I've played with different bands around the world, been a professional bodypainter (got to help out the the phenomenal Natalie Fletcher, winner of the first Skinwars series), built websites for various famous sports teams, and riding motorcycles

Here's what I plan to bring to steemit, please put in the comments what you'd like to see:
Guitar lessons
Drawing/painting lessons (including bodypainting if desired)
Programming lessons
Travel "stuff" - everything from food reviews to how to be a nomad yourself, etc.
Other things if requested. Put in a comment.

I've gotten to live an incredible life. And the one part that's been hard is that - like when I got to spend a month riding a Harley across the US - there weren't a lot of people who could join me. I'd like to change that. I'd like everyone to be able to travel and experience amazing things instead of working all the time and worrying about bills, student loans, etc.

Live gloriously.

Hi @rampant
From one newbie to another - WELCOME!
Here's my opinion (for what it's worth): Just write. Write about your passions, experiences...write about your life and what you know and love. I think it's so cool that you rode your Harley across the U.S. I can't imagine what your butt must have felt like after hard riding like that. LOL Keep living gloriously. I'm looking forward to reading your posts.

I would be super interested in the body painting as a cosplayer myself. I've done it a few times, but I am no expert at it. Each time I learn new tips to do.
