Introduction: Let's Create Some Great New Theories Together!!

Hello Steemians, My name is Matija and I am 22 years old from Croatia. So, as I've realized the point of this post is for you guys to get to know who I am, what I am like and most importantly, how am I going to contribute to this awesome community, so I think its best if I share my story with you, because that's going to give you a pretty good idea of everything you need to know.

My story, and what I am like

I grew up in a small neighborhood with my parents and an older sister, and skipping the boring part the first thing I remember that I think shaped me as a person I am like today was at the age of about 11. I was very naive as a child, always had a million questions and wanted to know how everything works, I guess that's just the joy of life a child experiences. Anyway, my parents had a piggy bank (the one that's like a can, you can't open it if you don't want to not use it again) that they were collecting money in for the vacation in the summer. That time was the only time in school where we had a 2 shift schedule, and one day I discovered tweezers that I could use to steal money from the piggy bank, which I really can't decide if it was lucky or unlucky because then my "friends" from school were coming over to my apartment every day while we had our school in the afternoon(my parents aren't home at that time). The problem here was that I, as an impulsive individual was thinking that there's no problem if I take a little bit of money from the piggy bank and give it to my friends so we can all enjoy it and buy candy before school. Now that wouldn't be that bad if I did it once, but the same mindset applied enough times that it changed into "This is my last day doing it", which of course wasn't the case. Later my parents realized I was doing that, only they didn't know was it me or my sister, while it was actually both. Shortly after they started weighing the piggy bank we stopped (well, at least I did). Soon I've realized that all those friends that were coming over to my place weren't really interested in hanging out with me anymore, and that taught me a lesson: don't ever trust, or let anyone lie to you. Maybe I took it a little bit too seriously, I mean I was a kid afterall, but this is what I believe shaped my view of reality early in my life, and is probably the reason why I am so skeptical and interested in psychology. Also a little hobby of mine is playing pool that I have always wanted from when I was a child. That's my story, now lets see how I am going to contribute and what I am planning for my profile, along with additional information about me.

How I discovered steem

So I haven't really been into cryptocurrencies until this point because I didn't know how they work, and how awesome they are. Also I understand steemit is supposed to work like a social media platform, and I haven't been into those either, so one could conclude this is all so new to me and to be honest, fascinating. I was introduced to steemit by @vectordance, @savagelion, and @z3ll when they were talking about it. At first I was bored because I didn't understand anything they were saying until they explained to me how decentralization makes the world a better place, and now I'm here!

About my future content, and my contribution

My profile is going to be informative in a few areas, one of which is going to be Dota2, that's a game that I have been playing for over 11 years, I almost failed my elementary school because I was pretending to be sick to play DotA last few weeks of school, so I had to catch up on about 6 major tests at the end. Yeah, I was that impulsive... When I found out about Steemit, I saw a great opportunity to share the knowledge I have accumulated over the years so my time spent playing it wouldn't be in vein. So, I like to talk and to discuss, which is the reason why I am going to talk about lots of different theories, and things that I either think or hear of. I also plan to arrange some debates about deeper topics, as well as some of my personal theories that make sense to me. From what I have said earlier you can conclude that I am an honest individual and value the harsh truth more than the pleasant lie, which is exactly why I encourage and value criticism for the purpose of my content and myself constantly improving.
