Hi, everyone!

My name is Ajay and I'm the managing director of a Not-For-Profit called Real Skills Education. My passion is teaching and motivating people to find their ultimate careers and provide the tools to do so.

A little bit about my organisation

Real Skills Education is an NFP that enables students across Australia (and hopefully soon worldwide) to get internships and graduate positions. We do this through providing them with the ability to network with companies, teach them professional development and upskill them with technical abilities such as web development or data analysis.

A little bit about myself

I'm a serial entrepreneur with a passion for education, I've founded this organisation in 2015 and a few other companies since then. Currently, I'm really interested in the cryptocurrency space which is why I've signed up for SteemIt because I really believe this is the future of social media. Having done many blogs and posts in the past, I feel like SteemIt has come up with a perfect platform for content creators such as myself. Apart for cryptos and entrepreneurship, I am really passionate about education. Everything I do is to do with education!
I have a background in mechanical engineering but I've worked over the last years in marketing, business development, recruiting and many other fields.

The question I'm asked the most is - "How do you figure out what you want to do?"

My response to that is: how do you know what your favourite ice cream is unless you tried a boatload of ice cream?
I'm embodied this and tried so many different things. So I urge you all do the same!
