Hey Steemit Community!

Just want to introduce myself really quick! I already have lots of ideas for how I’m going to be involved with you guys, so let’s get started!

TL;DR - I’m a husband, father, brother, son, and friend. I’m a dreamer and an idealist who loves coming up with ideas and new ventures. I’m creative. I’m an introvert who loves entertaining from a distance. I’m on Youtube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and soon to be on Spotify. Drop me a follow if you wanna keep up with what I’m doing. I think I’ve got lots of fresh ideas for how I’d like to be involved with you guys and I think you’ll be excited.

Now, for all of you that would like to know the finer details about who this wild and crazy guy is, read on friends!

I’m a husband, father, brother, son, and friend.

I’m currently 32. My wife, Sarah, and I will be celebrating our 10th year of marriage this October and we still haven’t decided where we’re going to go.

We have two boys: Emet(6) and Noah(2). We also have “Baby J”, our sweet baby who’s gone on to heaven.

I’m a dreamer and an idealist who loves coming up with ideas and new ventures.

Seriously. Ask Sarah. If I had a dime for every time that she rolled her eyes at one of my crazy ideas I’d be rich by now. Too bad I can’t monetize that!! Or could I?? :-P

But for real, I love living in this period in the timeline of humanity. We have access to so much at our fingertips and so many have the ability to take their ideas, passions, and dreams and make them a reality with a little hard-work and ingenuity.

I’m creative.

I love to do mostly anything that’s creative. Mostly I write; I produce, direct, shoot, edit, and act in video; and I play a few musical instruments. I come from a family of storytellers and telling stories is at the core of who I am.

I’m an introvert who loves entertaining from a distance.

So onto what I actually do and what I intend to be doing here on Steemit. I’m a graphic designer by day and an entertainer on my nights and weekends.

I have a couple of video production companies that I run with my family, and I also run an entertainment company, The Sword in the System, with my brother that focuses on all things nerdy… gaming, movies, superheroes, sci-fi, etc.

What am I doing on Steemit? Well my friend and co-worker @benslayton first told me about Steemit almost a month ago and I immediately knew that it was a community I wanted to get involved with. I love technology and I love startups so naturally I was excited at the thought that I could get involved with you guys this close to the ground level.

I want to bring everything I do and everything I’m passionate about to you guys. So you can expect to see video production tutorials, behind-the-scenes info, movie/video game reviews, and posts on anything and everything nerdy.

In conclusion…

So that’s about it. That’s me in a nutshell. I’m actually about to go see Suicide Squad with my brother, so expect to see a filmmakers honest review coming soon!

Also, I’ve been playing No Man’s Sky and I’ve got some cool ideas for content coming soon about that as well!
