I am peace and love.

I am from the middle of the NYS finger lakes between Seneca and Cayuga. Home to beautiful gorges with amazing waterfalls, an amazing wine and beer trail, and me.

I have traveled to 4 countries outside of the United States. Argentina, Canada, Chile, and Guatemala.
I love to fish, hike, and explore nature.

I raise sheep, although my flock is small this year.

love from the usa

Welcome! I used to live in Rochester. Pretty area up there.

I am in the schuyler county area at the base of the lakes. I appreciate the lilac festival in Rochestor and the park it is located in.

Yeah, I lived across the street from there. On freezing cold days like this one I used to sit in the desert area of the Conservatory and soak up whatever sun could be had (usually not much).

I saw Johnny Cash play outside at the Lilac Festival in front of maybe 200 people, just as he was making his last comeback with those first couple of Rick Rubin albums. He was already too far gone to play the guitar (his hands shook even holding the microphone), but his voice was still awesome.

Awesome! I'm new to Steemit too :) Also been spending a lot of time in the Finger Lakes recently, Skaneateles. Love that you raise sheep! Are you sheering them for their wool? Making yarn? I'm getting into fiber arts.

I sheer them so they are more comfortable in the summer. I haven't been able to find anyone to take my fleeces so i use them in the chicken coop as insulation in the nests and compost as well.

That's a good use for them. If they were spun into yarn, I'd totally take them. But I don't yet know how to spin yarn. I knit though!

Hey @royaleagle! Let us change the world! :)
