My name is yessin sehli... my nickname is shoula. i am 23 years old from Tunisia, Sfax to be exact . I study engineering. 👷since childhood, i was a very shy kid . I could not easily integrate with others 😳 But since I started to realize, I understood that I had to change myself. I decided to become a social person, more cheerful, confident of himself. Sport was the best solution to become the man I had always dreamed of .ا It is true that this transformation was not easy at all , but with determination,purposefulness and hard work miracles are achieved . Never say you can not, but trust yourself, try, work hard to achieve your dream and I am sure you will succeed 💪 😉

But don't forget, in order to achieve your goals you must sacrifice, You must sacrifice by moving away from unhealthy food that you love, you must sacrifice your time... you will find yourself unable to see your friends like before. But believe me you will love yourself, you will be happy with the result of all this fatigue so go beyond your dream and never give up 💪💪

Just one other thing, you will not believe guys ! In my career of reforming myself, I discovered my buried talent 😁😂😂 I discovered that I am a skilled cooker 😎 I'll show you a few of the dishes which I cooked haha
