Hello Steemit world! My name is Sara and I'm a professional Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich maker, Mormon, Netflix binger, wife to a finance man and recovering world traveler. 
I'm a novice when it comes to cryptocurrency and blockchain but I'm learning. My husband told me about Steemit and I loved the idea of it because it's a decentralized application and it's about learning and sharing information. I promise if I saw one more "Your lucky name is: Birth Month and Password to your bank account" meme I would seriously cry. There is a serious issue with information security and I'm happy to be part of this project that seems to understand that.
I'm a mom to two beautiful girls, 2.5 and 1 years old. My husband and I met at church after we both graduated college and then were married the following year. He works in the finance world which is how I came to first hear about cryptocurrency and decentralized apps. I graduated college with an Exercise Science degree and worked in the corporate health field before our first daughter was born. 
I sometimes miss the professional world when I'm explaining to my crying toddler why she shouldn't run through the house with a towel over her head or stopping her for the fifth time from drinking lemon juice (this is after I let her try it once to see mommy wasn't lying when she said it was nasty). At other times though, it sure is nice to make the memories of my little E.T. impersonators and have the hilarious recollection of all the quirky things they do that make me realize I'm a little weird myself.

I'm here to learn and network! For 20+ years of my life I was in school, always learning something; I miss growing in knowledge.

I'll tell ya, it takes a lot of training and practice. It has to be the perfect PB:J ratio with no crust and cut perfectly down the middle or the judging toddler will make it known how badly you messed up.
