Hello friend my name is amit and i'm from India.
I'm a santmat follower and vipassana meditator searching for the truth.. i had a really interesting life story which starts from a marijuana smoker to schizophrenic awakening to now a seeker after truth. What i learned is what doesn't kills you makes you stronger and if it kills you than better learn to die before it kills you. From last 3 year i'm going through kundalini awakening and as the day passes i had to let go of my ego identity.. the more i let go the closer i get to my higher self no turning back or option to choose..
It all takes to be in perfect equanimity of however life unfolds.. life is just a effect of some greater cause which holds the key to our reality..

Welcome i think we are kinda the same. Im am a herb iser as well and also had an awakening, and i meditate and is more intense when i smoke. I really respect the plant. And never abused it. I would like to learn kundalini. As i practiced a little of it. I just search youtube back then and listened to guides but hope to hear more advise about it.

focus on cleansing of mind body and your psychy...and do yoga pranayama and meditation... The more you are purified before hand the better...kundalini is very terrific if you are not ready... Preparation gets save time as sometime premature awekening leads to various problems..good luck and thanks.🙂
