Hoy les hablare acerca de mi postre favorito EL QUESILLO.
*Today I will talk about my favorite dessert EL QUESILLO.
El quesillo es un postre típico venezolano, es llamado así ya que es parecido a un queso por su contextura hueca, con un parecido al flan. Está hecho a base de huevos y leche condensada. Es cocido a baño María y acaramelada toda la superficie del molde. Se suele servir como postre o bien como acompañante de la torta en los cumpleaños, junto con la gelatina.Ideal Para compartir con nuestros amigos y familiares.
*The quesillo is a typical Venezuelan dessert, it is called as it is similar to a cheese for its hollow texture, with a resemblance to flan. It is made from eggs and condensed milk. It is cooked in a water bath and caramelized all the surface of the mold. It is usually served as a dessert or as a cake accompaniment on birthdays, along with gelatin. Ideal to share with our friends and family.
INGREDIENTES - INGREDIENTS
400gr de leche condensada - 400gr of condensed milk
5 huevos - 5 eggs
50gr cucharadas de azúcar (para el caramelo) - 50gr spoons of sugar (for candy)
1 chorrito de ron - 1 splash of rum
400gr de Leche líquida - 400 gr of liquid milk
Vainilla - Vainilla
Cobertura -Coverage
50gr de Azúcar - 50 gr of Sugar
paso 1 - step 1
En un envase de aluminio agregar el azúcar y colocarlo fuego bajo hasta que esté totalmente derretido y con un guante o paño tomar el envase y regarlo hasta cubrirlo todo y retirar del fuego. (Evitar que se queme, el caramelo debe quedar dorado)

Paso 2 - step 2
Mezclaremos en un bol agregamos la leche condensada,la leche líquida y los huevos mezclar hasta que ya todos los ingredientes estén totalmente integrados.

Paso 3 - step 3
Agregar el chorrito de vainilla o ron

Paso 4 - step 4
Agregar al molde y colocar al baño de maria por 45 minutos.
Nota: Si el baño maría es en el horno, la temperatura debe ser de 350° F o de 175° C.
Puedes introducir un palillo, si sale limpio está listo. Dejar enfriar por 20 minutos y desmoldar.
