YOU DON'T KNOW ME! LOL

I wanted to look at the site for a few days and make other posts before introducing myself just to see what this was all about. I feel as though I might be more inclined to do that whole blogging thing that I passed on before. I'm not much of a writer really but I plan to try and put something positive back into the world that I have taken so much from.
Being 43 years a mouth breather, I have found so much in the world that I look forward to every day. One day closer to vacation. One day closer to achieving goals. One day closer to the next chapter of my Godson's life (he's starting college). One day closer to the unknown.
I am sometimes thought to be mentally unstable because of things like the picture above. My question though is why is it wrong to match your kayak to your sombrero? Is it because people will judge you on your fashion sense? Maybe, they will say "That's not normal. It doesn't matter to me. I'm free to do as I choose because of the people before me whom have made it possible for me to make decisions of whatever I choose. I thank them silently all the time for that.
So who am I? I'm just a guy who is working every day until the day I die. I'm taking the stress that people throw at me and making a game out of it in hopes that I don't become them. I see so much mental disfunction in people that call me crazy that I look even crazier to them because I laugh hysterically when they say I'm nuts. I can tell you, I've never been happier in my life as I am now, because I've learned to relax my mind and not let so much get to me. Except traffic, FUCK TRAFFIC! LOL

I am not you or anyone you know. Even if we are friends outside of social media, you'll still never know everything about me. Not because I won't tell you, because you can't get past your own stress to listen.

Homework for today:
Go outside WITHOUT your electronic leash (phone) and close your eyes. It doesn't matter if it's sunny or raining, hot or cold. Just walk outside and close your eyes. Stand there and listen to everything going on. Identify it in your mind and get a visual of where it is in proximity to you. Just listen. There is so much going on that you miss every day. Just take today to catch up on just a little bit of it. Now, where are you in this world? Letting it pass you by, or catching a glimpse as you pass it by? That's me, the second part.
