Pixels are my passion!

My name is Eugen (@shoumi). I’m a digital artist based in Germany. I love Pixel Art, because I like the beauty in simplicity. I am pushing Pixels for a couple of years now. Back then I started with this traditional art form because I wanted to develop games. I quickly realized the meditative effect that I got while I was pixeling. Since then I repeat this activity almost every day.

My plan is to post pixel art illustrations every day and to comment on my approach. I also want to publish tutorials from time to time. Let's see where the journey ends.

I hope you like my work and who knows maybe there will be a pixel art community on Steemit in the future as it exists on other social networks. I was very excited when I heard about Steemit a few days ago and I am curious how the platform will evolve in the future. Especially as an artist!
