So are you studying at a giyur uplan right now, or are you in moscow?

If youre sincere in your desire to convert, id suggest you go to the isreali embassy and find a giyur uplan that's appropriate. There are also often financial aid programs that you can likely take advantage of, and they can help you arrange travel.
