So when I got back into into crypto last July I learned about Steemit but it seemed a little daunting to get into. Then decided a few days ago why not jump in it's not going away. For the last 6 months I've been slowly dragging my group of friends in my gaming community into crypto-currency and Steemit recently so they at least understand what I'm rambling about.
Little about me, I live in the beautiful State of Maine, working in education IT (ultimate job security) slowly dragging them away from Apple/Mac to Linux and open source. Absolutely love fishing, and spending a day on the rifle range. Which also got me into playing airsoft, which is partly how I got one of my best friends @dgninja.
Met @dgninja playing Battlefield 4, we started running as battle buddies for the night then managed to drag him on to Teamspeak. We played off and on for about 2 years, before deciding hang out in real life. Now I go down there about 2-3 times a year.
Last fall we decided to go to Ballahack Airsoft, which was just an amazing time!
After the game all I wanted was to rest on the couch in Ninja's man cave. But the dogs had other ideas.
But lots of my summers are spent up in the middle of the Maine woods at my camp.
