Hi steemers! I posted my first introductory blog on steemit yesterday, but I wanted to add a few notes.
I'm busy looking after my 2 years old boy, but I do take moments to look after myself.
I gained 12kg during my pregnancy, but I lost all that in three months after giving birth. Giving birth is such a big burden to the mother's body. Excessive exercise and dietary restriction are not recommended.
I believe that the balanced diet is the key to shape up while healing from the terrible postpartum fatigue.
I would like to forrow up in my steemit posts with many ideas that helped me losing weight after pregnancy, including healthy yet delicious food recipe and easy workouts.
