My name is Sara. I am 32 years old. I am a journalist and I work for a magazine. I write motivational content. I believe that a person should take care of their soul and spirit in order to feel motivated to achieve what they desire in life. I know that sounds like a cliche and it probably is (for some people), but I like to think that being positive outweighs negativity. I am fully aware that sometimes things happen that shakes ones life, but a positive attitude can be really handful when you are dealing with stressful situations. I think it can make a difference in that you make better decisions when you are not stressed.
I like doing Yoga, fruit cleanse. I paint a little.
I read a lot of self help books and I review those I liked the best in my blog. Follow me if you like these stuff.
I am single, but I am looking for a nice man that matches my expectations.
That's it about me.

You should also check out DTube and DSound for starters and if you're a gamer, Splinterlands! There are many other cool apps but I can't list them all here, there's just too many! But I'd also like to mention Steempeak, it's a better blogging platform that has a lot of cool features. The latest project you should also check as a new member is a palnet! yes. I see the value of this platform very clearly after searching about it and reading. I think this is the future of social media and I am glad that I discovered it in its early stages. I Think it is better than facebook since it rewards the content creators for their efforts. If I were to choose between publishing on facebook and steemit, I would choose steemit. This is the future!

Use Partiko App from your mobile phone to post to your blog, comment, and upvote content in SteemIt to earn points which you can use to boost your own content.
If you’re into games, you may wanna try playing Steem Monsters, a blockchain game based on Steem. If lets you compete with other players around the world with creature cards which you can sell and/or convert to crypto.
Get rewarded for staying fit and healthy with ActiFit - a Steem-based app which rewards you with tokens (which you can eventually use to boost your content) for being physically active.

thank you @distantsignal. Really? you think so?. Some people close their chakras and they believe that this prevents negative energy from getting in and prevents them from being influenced by religious believes or entities that suck your energy. But, yoga is an ancient practice with much complexity. It is not for everyone but everyone can use it. I think it all comes down to what a person believes in. yoga is not a modern practice, its a way of thinking at the universe, a way of expression of your imagination.
