AI might not be what every one thinks it is. I believe that the aim of AI is not to create an artificial being who can think for itself but what in some people's mind is something better than an artificial brain.
What are we really looking for in an AI?
Something that will do the work we do not want to do anymore. That is all.
In the end we might end up with something we did not intend to create.
