Welcome here! Your post is really inspiring. I'm really trying to make some of that changes you did myself, especially 1 & 2 on your list. It's difficult to go out of your comfort zone and completely change you daily routines , that's why I'm really looking forward for you to share some tips on how to not give up on achieving something like this :)
