That's a great way to start your children off on the right track! I (@thatsweeneyguy) have thought about making an account like that to build a savings for my sons as well. Might be time to get that started...

Just be sure your children don't use the account. Steemit can and will delete the account. Children aren't always safe online. I think if it's just an account to talk about your kids, you'll be safe. The only thing that's stopped me from doing it so far is fear of it being misinterpreted and shut down 😞

Yup, those were my thoughts too. Coz i've seen some accounts before that have been put down. I'm the one who will be using this account for this specific purpose, so I'm crossing fingers there wouldnt be any issues 😊

I'll be there to vouch for you if it ever happens. Make sure you have the password to the account put somewhere safe, so at least you could retrieve their steem in case of emergency.

Thank you very much for the support @steemparents! much appreciated. My kids are too young to be using the internet, so apart from regulated you tube from time to time, they do not have any other access.
