Well hello there Steemers!! Here is my introduction and first post ! :)
I guess 2018 is the year I finally decided to take the leap and attempt to abandon the majority of social media in favor of a more community oriented platform. Very excited to see the direction of where this goes!!
My plan is to contribute content to this community as opposed to the dilution and general idiocy that occurs on other social media outlets. So here I am in 2018 hoping Steemit will become a place where I can share my wide variety of interests, opinions, creative content and potentially amusing travel stories, and so on.
About Me
I'm currently living in between Brazil (winter) and Serbia/Croatia (Summer), however I have plans of checking out SEA when time/finances allow for it. Right now I'm back in Brazil taking a break from what has been a 9 months of traveling/couchsurfing/DJing/being-unemployed and having a great time in the Balkans. So hopefully I will have time to share some travel insights and experiences in the coming months.
As for what I do, right now I work as remote tech support, a full-time but remote position. I also DJ and do some music production as my main passion and what I dedicate my free-time when possible. The summer of 2017 had me visit some really great music festivals in Croatia/Serbia, some which are little known and which I will post when I get around to it.
Currently I plan to continue travelling and exploring the world, having great experiences and meeting great people along the way!
As far as music is concerned, I plan on sharing alot of unreleased/old projects/mashups and live DJ mixes with the community here. I have been DJing on and off for over 15 years now, having started with 90's hip hop and moving towards roots reggae, dub, steppas and future dub/psy dub over the course of the years.
