New Fitness Page!

What is up steemians!

@Strength-4-life is a page dedicated primarily to lifting and short to mid-distance running, but will deviate occasionally to provide things like music playlists and diet tips/nutritional information. Strength & conditioning is my current field and I see this blog as an opportunity to do a little bit of extra programming, have some conversations, and hopefully clear up some of the vast array of misinformation that seems to have always plagued the fitness industry.

Things You Can Expect From This Blog

  • Lifting & Conditioning Routines (for home and gym)
  • How to's on proper form, with explanations as to why it truly is "proper"
  • Gym Playlists
  • Diet Myth Debunking
  • Definitely more stuff that I can't think of atm
